Normally, upon your request, we would install a translator button on your website to allow your website visitors to translate your website, page, or web-based project to all available languages. However, we do provide our services in other languages such as: English (USA), Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Bengali, Hindi, and we can locate Spanish-speaking agents for assistance with Spanish language.
HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) requires website owners to have SSL Certificate, encrypted and secure domain-based email addresses (for example: Microsoft 365 domain-based email addresses). SSL stands for "Secure Socket Layer" and it is encryption for data requests and packet transfers between website visitor and secure server (hosting). In addition, the SSL certificate needs to be re-keyed, changed and updated once per year or once every 2 years. Our team provides this service in subscription of our hosting, updates and maintenance. Your website will not be accessible or visible on some browsers and devices if you do not have the SSL certificate installed. In addition, people will not find your website on search engines if you do not have the SSL certificate set up or installed. Our team will make sure that your website will have SSL certificate installed on your website. In order to have the SSL certificate, it is required to purchase it from a Domain Registrar or from a hosting provider. Alternatively, if you are subscribed to one of our maintenance plans, then our team will purchase the SSL certificate and install it on your website.
You can reach out to our team and see if we can help you gain access to your website or particular account that we have used before to provide marketing or maintenance for your website. If we have the ability to send you access to something that we have used previously, then our team will send you access within 24 to 72 hours via email. We will never provide your access to anyone besides you. If you were the person to whom we built a project, we will provide you access. If your family, relative, neighbor, manager requests access to your project, we will ask them to wait until we get approval from the project owner or website owner.

Normally, we will take 40% of the assigned total cost of your website design as our first partial payment. Once we complete your design, once you like it and approve it for completion, we will request the remaining 60% payment. If you don't like the outcome of our work, we will change our work and improve our design for you by following your details and guidance. If you do not wish to allow us to improve our ongoing design and request a refund, please know that we will refund 50% of your first partial payment in the same way that we processed your payment. We will keep 50% of your initial first partial payment for providing our time and work to compensate for our working time. Yes, based on the project scope, complexity, requirements, order type and order size, we may offer a one-time discount for returning clients or repeat clients. This would require the manager's approval and could require waiting time, in case your requested discount is beyond our approved level of price range for discounts.
At this time, we offer Financing, for which you would have to apply and get approved. If you get approved, you will receive financing, and this will allow us to proceed with your project. You should know that applying for financing may result in soft pull or hard pull of your credit score in order to approve your application by a third-party financing company. All financing applications are processed through another company that works with Financing applications and approvals. We do not have our own custom-made payment plans for website owners, we only suggest applying for financing through a third-party provider that may approve your application, possibly, based on your credit score.
Yes, we provide discounted prices for Non-Profit Organizations, Schools and Recognized Religious Centers and Churches. The price that will be given to you by our expert will be already discounted for Non-Profit Organizations, Schools and Churches.
At this time, we only provide small rectangular shape designs, we do not provide full or custom-size car wrap designs. We only provide a fixed rectangular size design at this time at lower cost. If you need to wrap your entire vehicle in commercial design, then we would recommend looking for another company to provide this type of design.
